Back home in Las Vegas, Minka keeps busy playing tennis and traveling for tournaments, raising her vegetable garden, caring for her many dogs, working on her website and in general enjoying life. She’s still an eating machine and the Vegas casino buffet managers tremble when she walks in. Yet she never gains a pound.
